Affordable Homes
The Company is an approved builder for Central Housing and Planning Authority, a division of the Ministry of Housing & Water. Homes offered include 450 square feet core homes and other sizes including 600, 900, 1000 and 1500.
Homes are constructed with traditional reinforced foundations and concrete blocks or with solid concrete walls using modern construction methods for faster production.
Custom Homes
The Company offers custom homes with traditional Mediterranean architecture or modern designs.
Housing Developments
The Company develops housing communities for the Ministry of Housing which includes roads, drains, bridges, water services and associated structures.
